Job Summary

The compete in the state-of-the-art Gas South Arena, which holds over 10,000 occupants. Learn and assist in all aspects of the ticket operations department. fulfillment of ticket operation requests in collaboration with the CRO, ticket operations manager, and ticket sales team.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to ticket sales team in the ticket resolution and customer service.

Provide excellent customer service and care to all customers and prospects via phone calls, emails, and in person.

Maintain database/targeted lists of sales leads for marketing and sales purposes.

Manage ticket inventory including holds and reserved seats.

Assist in annual season ticket renewal process including management, structure, distribution, and communication. Also, assist in distribution of season ticket packages.
