Director - Stadium Operations

Job Summary

The Diamond Managing Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of The Diamond. The role involves continual direction and oversight for all business, programmatic, and administrative affairs. requires a candidate with elite communication skills who can lead all elements of the workplace.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, sports administration, or a related field.
2. A proven individual with at least three years of leadership, previous experience as a department head with multiple employees.
3. Extensive hands-on experience in facility management with demonstrated skill using equipment and tools necessary to keep the facility in upmost working order.
4. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures, including first aid and all applicable safety standards for a public facility, is a plus.
5. Skills to develop & execute strategic plans to meet both short- and long-term business goals.
