Job Summary

The Manager, Partnership Development will be responsible for driving partnership revenue for Soccers' owned entities including Racing Louisville FC, Louisville City FC, Lynn Family Stadium, Youth Academy, and Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Facility. This position requires a strong ability to identify, develop, and retain local, regional, and national corporate partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Management required.

Minimum of Three (3) to five (5) years of partnership or enterprise sales and business development experience; sports industry preferred.

Proficient understanding of marketing/advertising assets in-stadium, television, radio, and across social media and other digital platforms.

Strong insight into the landscape of women’s professional sports and soccer in general.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
