Account Manager, Ticket Sales

 

The Account Manager, Ticket Sales, is responsible for generating new season, group, and premium ticket sales for home games. responsible for selling premium seating for Amphitheater and TIAA Bank Field events. must deliver an enhanced fan experience by building a strong relationship and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

1. 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
2. 3-4 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
3. Ability to present in small or large group settings alike.
4. Demonstrated phone sales and cold calling skills.
5. Experience in Archtics and Microsoft CRM database software o Previous sports sales industry experience a plus.
