Job Summary
The Director of Athletics is responsible for providing a quality program and encouraging student athletes to achieve both athletic excellence and good sportsmanship.
The position also includes the recruitment, supervision, and coaching of NAIA athletes under the guidelines of the college, the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference, and NAIA policies and procedures.
