Assistant Football Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the offense and assisting the Head Coach in all facets of the program. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the offense: the playbook, opponent scouting reports, depth charts, daily practice plans, player evaluations, self-scouting, and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related discipline from an accredited four-year collegiate institution.
• 5+ years of football coaching experience at the high school, intercollegiate or professional level.
• Knowledge of the skills, tactics, and strategies of coaching football with the ability to recruit talented, academically qualified student-athletes for the program.
• focusing on the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to NCAA/conference rules and requirements relevant to the conduct of an intercollegiate program.
