Women's Soccer Coach

Job Summary

The Women's Soccer coach is responsible for recruiting and managing a full team of 16–20 women's soccer players. responsible for recruiting prospective student athletes from high schools, following guidelines in the NJCAA manual. must know and monitor all eligibility and academic requirements for student athletes.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree, or a combination of education and coaching experience, equivalent to 2 years required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of innovative and proven coaching strategies and techniques required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a commitment to developing and maintaining a positive and productive playing environment for all team members required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to NJCAA rules/requirements relevant to the conduct of an intercollegiate program required.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups required.
