Assistant Coach - Women's Basketball

Job Summary

Assist the Head Coach of Women's Basketball in cultivating a culture of determination and respect. Aid in recruiting talented student-athletes, team coaching, player development, and promoting holistic student-athlete growth. May assist in budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations, foster inclusivity, and maintain positive relationships within the university community.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Successful coaching or administrative experience at collegiate level preferred. 

Experience in a highly competitive, high stress collegiate, professional, or Olympic level basketball is desirable.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
