Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic General Manager to lead and grow our location in Centennial. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact our business expansion by overseeing daily operations, driving revenue through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition, and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will work closely with our Founder, in-house marketing and business development team, and dedicated coaching staff to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, increase customer acquisition, and forge key partnerships.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and smooth business functions.

P&L Responsibility: Manage the location’s profit and loss, focusing on meeting and exceeding financial goals.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of coaches and staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring top performance.

Customer Engagement: Create strategies to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications & Expectations:

2-3 years of management or sales experience, ideally within the sports or fitness industry.

Strong P&L management skills with a proven track record of driving business growth.

Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on team motivation and development.

Passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing customer experience.

Soccer experience and enthusiasm for coaching (a coaching trial is mandatory).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partners, clients, and staff.

A love for working with children and a hands-on approach to coaching.

Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with a fast-paced, less corporate environment.

Flexibility to work late afternoons, evenings, and weekends according to peak business hours.
Benefits:

Base salary + Bonus program tied to sales targets

Total compensation expected to be $70,000+
