Job Summary

TMRW Sports is hiring top technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Chief Architect, our Venue Technology Lead has both delivery and operational responsibilities. They drive technology success for our world class venue experience. They also have expertise in delivering results primarily through influence and vendor management, as opposed to large teams of direct reports, or personally muscling it through. Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and their managed service partners to ensure flawless fan experience at events
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while mentoring and guiding a small team of support engineers, ensuring both high performance and professional growth
• Provide ongoing operational management of venue technology vendors
• Support overall strategy for Live Events technology at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, including Ticketing, Hospitality, Retail, Security, and Infrastructure

• 5-9 years of experience with operational technology for sports stadiums, concerts, and/or equivalent live events
• 1-2 years of experience leading a small team
• End to end understanding of how an integrated set of technologies deliver a smooth and efficient stadium experience for both fans and stadium staff
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, mission-critical programs and managing operations through vendor partnerships vs large in-house organizations
• Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change
• Excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms to both technical and non-technical audiences
