Job Summary

Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for generating revenue through a full season, partial season and group ticket packages for the Erie Otters. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that possesses excellent communications skills, a dedicated work ethic, is an enthusiastic team player, and is extremely customer service oriented. 


Responsibilities:

  • Full menu ticket sales account executive, responsible for generating revenue through full season, partial season, group ticket, suite, and premium hospitality packages

  • Call current and past customers and cold-call new sales lead to generating sales

  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments, and networking events to sell season tickets, partial plans, and group ticket plans.

  • Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game

  • Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service

  • Make a minimum of 50-60 outbound calls per day

  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by Director of Sales

  • Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers

  • Provide superior customer service to clients throughout the season

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director of Sales



 Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Sports Management, Marketing or Business Administration

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships

  • Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career

  • Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Team-oriented with a proactive positive attitude

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated and dedicated

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule
