Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Accounting duties, including but not limited to:
- Uploading and retrieving files in online databases
- Scanning, filing and logging of all accounting paperwork
- Providing various miscellaneous Accounting Support
- Manage and track flow of documents into and out of Accounting Department


Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and detail-oriented skills mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to all reporting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external personnel at show, corporate and vendor level
- Eligibility Requirements

- Must be able to work some overtime.
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
