Promoted into position to create and develop corporate Entertainment division - responsible for aligning and executing the entertainment strategy for company owned hospitality / gaming, media and professional sport assets and communicating plan to ownership and executives.

Overseeing the day to day operations, bookings, event scheduling, marketing, promotion, ticket sales and production. Responsible for P&L management, budgets, compliance, capital expenditures and artist contracts as well as securing multi-year residency partnerships with global leading artists and shows.

Recruited to redefine and establish the entertainment division for Northern Nevada’s most complete and largest destination resort, with just under 2,000 rooms and undergone $300M in renovations. Overseeing all operations, bookings, marketing, production and promotions.

Retained thru established relationships and professional referrals to plan, develop and lead all aspects of project design, bid vetting, establishing operating budgets, event schedules, operations, marketing and revenue projections. Reviewing policies and procedure as well as analyzing recruiting, hiring, training, securing qualified management.

Recruited by one of the United States leading hospitality, development and management companies to oversee and execute the company vision and strategy across MGM Resorts nightclubs, lounges, restaurants and pools at Five Diamond Bellagio Resort & Casino, The Mirage Hotel & Casino, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and Aria Resort & Casino at City Center
