I am currently a LPC working with children and adolescents. I am also a school counselor. Through life experiences, I believe have the knowledge and the training to help athletes who struggle with the stressors that they deal with on a daily basis. I can help with anxiety, depression, OCD, and other disorders that may effect athletes.
