Jacob Rosuck

I worked directly with the VP of Communications writing and editing content for publications. I provided support for the coordination and distribution of information for the Orange Bowl game and other events. I created content for web and social media as well as worked with the events and marketing department assisting and promoting special events.

I interned full time in the Florida State University School Athletic Department as the Director of Communications. My responsibilities included drafting sponsorship forms, creating graphics for teams on social media, and managing their accounts, assisting the Athletic Director, and communicating with parents, students, and faculty.

My job was to hire officials, train them on the specific sport they would be officiating and then evaluate them on a nightly basis throughout the season. I also organized and monitored the nightly activities and participants and promoted special events on social media, or in person at tabling events where I could speak to the student body.

I volunteered in the office a few days a week researching statistics/records, editing game notes, transcribing quotes, and producing written articles for seminoles.com. Outside of the office, I worked football, basketball, and baseball games, as well as other collegiate sporting events distributing stat sheets and conducting interviews.

I interned with Cendyn as a Digital Marketing Associate and was placed into an account team that managed several different clients. I created PowerPoint presentations for our bi-weekly meetings with our clients, I edited advertising reports, emailed clients, tracked impressions, and created ad text for websites.
