I called over 600 single-game buyers to sell them ticket packages and averaged about 40 calls a day. I also called season ticket holders regarding renewals. I gained experience with Archtics ticketing system. I worked in the box office for four games where I helped customers get desired seats for the game and with any customer services issues.
