Took full responsibility of two other GA’s and the Game Operations department Spring semester of 2024 due to previous boss leaving. Assist with coordinating the management and supervision of the athletic department. In charge of all game management of designed sports (Football, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Hockey). Fan engagement.

Managed and stocked all equipment and marketing apparel inventory while facilitating continuous equipment orders. Observed equipment safety and cleanliness of all uniforms and equipment including equipment repairs. Executed event and facilities set up prior to game. Coordinated sponsorship information with local businesses for promotions.

Conducted group research for promotional ideas from Asian Baseball Leagues that would be feasible for the St. Louis Cardinals’ organization. Communicated with several Asian League reporters through email, Twitter, and Instagram. Interviewed Asian League promotional managers for different promotion themes/ideas. Presented research to staff.
