In my role with the Salem Red Sox, I was responsible for managing and enhancing the team’s social media presence across various platforms. I created engaging content for fans increasing engagement and community interaction. I designed graphics, live tweeted games, and managed the team of game-day promotion staff during games.

I assisted in managing the department's social media channels and communications initiatives. My responsibilities included creating engaging content for various platforms, covering athletic events, social media analytics, and promoting our athletes' achievements. I worked closely with the communications team to improve my skills in sports media.

I worked to enhance the fan experience during home games. My responsibilities included coordinating promotional activities and engaging with fans. I set up themed nights and special events that increased attendance and fan interaction. This hands-on experience contributed to my promotion to the Social Media and Promotions Assistant position.
