According to a few voters’ comments, they chose the NFL because of higher pay, but these higher average salaries also come with increased competition.
According to the NFL’s Head of Talent Acquisition, John Quinones, most full-time NFL job openings receive between 300 to 500 resumes. Some positions, such as summer internships, receive close to 3,000 applications.
