Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time mental performance coach for the 2023 Major League Baseball Championship season. This coach will be responsible for the implementation and supervision of the teams mental skills program at the facilities in Sarasota, FL, along with the Dominican Republic.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Sport Psychology; or equivalent degree in professional counseling; eligible for licensure in FL.
Adhere to the American Psychological Association (APA) and AASP code of ethics.
Possess CMPC, or ability to work towards certification; mentorship can be provided.
