Job Summary

The group is seeking a new Manager to support NEXT & NEXT Pro with insights and analytics that drive strategic decision making. The hire will partner with NEXT & NEXT Pro to understand short and long-term objectives, support team members with regular dashboards and reporting, leverage advanced data analytics and statistics, use data to assess NEXT Club and Academy performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain.
5+ years of experience in a quantitative analysis role preferably in soccer or sports.
Excellent understanding of soccer tactics, games management, and talent ID.
Tangible experience with Event and Tracking data, preferably in soccer.
Understanding of Sports Science methods and Sport Psychology, profiling, and individual learning styles.
