Assistant Coach /Strength and Conditioning

Job Summary

The incumbent assists the Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning by providing guidance and training in strength and conditioning, determining and developing realistic goals, interacting with team trainers and medical staff, monitoring equipment, scheduling and organizing daily use, and evaluating and maintaining all equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two (2) years successful collegiate strength and conditioning experience (preferable with Division 1).
• Current strength and conditioning certification (National Strength.
• Coaches Association and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (both accredited).
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification preferred.
