Job Summary



This role will contribute to ticket sales and retention growth through customer service efforts. It will lead Ticket Sales & Service Representatives during office hours and on game days, provide training, maintain internal information flow, and improve sales, service, and retention efforts. Reports directly to Assistant AD / Fan Relations & Advertising.


Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Three years sales and service.
  3. Four plus years of sales & service.
  4. Some leadership (pipeline identification & development, hiring, training & developing, scheduling, etc.).
  5. Experience with Paciolan ticketing software and Saleforce CRM.
