What you'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 1+ years of Marketing experience
• Experience competing at an elite level (College, Semi-Pro, Pro, Olympics, Paralympics)
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to communicate such thoughts proactively and effectively
• Ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking and share ideas
• Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment
• Solutions orientated - ability to problem-solve independently and collaboratively
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent planning and time management skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Looking to accelerate finding your next career in the Sports & Entertainment industry
