Assistant Coach-Women's Volleyball

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach collaborates with the head coach to lead and manage all aspects of the Volleyball program, including overseeing the academic and social progress of student-athletes. Play a role in evaluating and recruiting new players. The Assistant Coach is accountable for adhering to the University's coaching guidelines and meeting the expectations set by the NAIA and NSAA Conference.

Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of two (2) years successful competitive coaching experience; coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and ability to teach techniques associated with sport.

Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to represent the interests of the University in a professional manner.

Requires the ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality in the handling of student's academic records and health information.
