Job Summary
Assistant Athletic Trainers are highly qualified, multi-skilled healthcare professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a CAAT-Accredited undergraduate program required.
Must possess certification by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATABOC).
Maintain certification through the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).
Complete Evidence Based Practice CEU’s .
Maintain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification, valid for 2 years.
