Instructor or Lecturer and Head Lacrosse Coach

Job Summary

The Head Lacrosse Coach oversees and manages all aspects of the lacrosse program, including skill and leadership development of student-athletes, recruitment, practice organization, game day coaching, budget management, and supervision of an assistant coach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and First Aid/CPR/AED certification are required; master’s degree is preferred.

Demonstrated coaching, recruiting, and teaching experience are required.

Possess an understanding of the role physical education and athletics play in a rigorous academic setting.

Ability to identify and attract outstanding students to the College.
