Assistant Softball Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Softball Coach assists the Head Softball Coach in the planning, development, administration, and oversight of the softball program; with primary focus on teaching, instructing and tutoring student athletes the rules and fundamentals of the sport of softball.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Valid  Driver’s License.

Current certification in American Red Cross CPR / First Aid. 

Trained in use of Automatic Electrodes Defibrillator (AED).

Knowledge of safety guidelines and protocol.

Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
