Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Job Summary

This position involve supporting the head coach in various tasks, including the recruitment of student-athletes and instruction in sport-specific skills. The role entails guiding athletes in their academic and personal growth, as well as carrying out assigned administrative responsibilities. All within the context of a Christian university environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years prior coaching experience at the high- school level, club level, or higher.

College coaching experience preferred.

Knowledge of typical computer skills

Ability to provide clear direction, delegate responsibility, motivate others, develop others' skills and talents and attract and recruit talent.

Self-reliant, decisive, proactive, influential, and enthusiastic and makes a positive impression on others.
