ATHLETIC TRAINER, SHS Sports Medicine

Job Summary

This job duties is to provide wellness promotion, education, and injury/illness prevention. Deliver patient care, including health histories, evaluation, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans. Utilize outcome metrics to measure clinical practice effectiveness. Manage electronic medical records and collaborate with healthcare providers.

Required

Graduate of a CAATE-accredited (or equivalent) professional athletic training program

Certified and in good standing by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers

Licensed or license-eligible by the Commonwealth Board of Allied Health Professions by start date

At least 3 years of clinical practice experience

3-5 years of clinical practice experience preferred
