Assistant Coach, Lacrosse (W)

Job Summary

The primary focus of this position is to instruct student-athletes in their sport and assist in player recruitment. Assistant coaches work closely with the head coach to develop player and team-specific skills, provide in-game coaching, support recruiting efforts, and assist with planning, team management, and other athletic department responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree strongly preferred but we will consider candidates with some college experience and substantial work experience in coaching, in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Playing experience at a collegiate level strongly preferred.

All-around knowledge of the game, including strategies and skills, as well as a solid comprehension of film analysis, scouting, and recruiting.

Prior coaching experience strongly desired, particularly at the collegiate level. 

Ability to learn NAIA and conference rules and regulations.
