Job Summary

 

This is a professional coaching position with strict adherence to policies and regulations of national athletic associations and the university. May oversee Assistant Coach, Volunteer, or Graduate Assistant. Limited outside activities allowed only with written approval from the Athletic Director.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of duties including planning, coaching, recruiting, managing, and guiding the women's basketball program.
  • Recruits quality prospective student-athletes and ensure timely submission of their academic records for admissions.
  • Plans coaching and practice sessions in accordance with NAIA and Conference regulations.  
  • Organizes and manages assigned recruiting efforts and administrative responsibilities.
