Job Summary

As an athletics administrator, your responsibilities include enforcing policies, overseeing recruitment, guiding student-athletes' personal and athletic development, monitoring eligibility, managing budgets, scheduling practices and events, ensuring compliance, supervising personnel, and conducting performance evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Prior experience leading a NCAA Division I Baseball Program preferred.
