Assistant/Associate Director

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for working with the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student Services in providing guidance in registration, counseling, mentoring, and tutorial services, and assisting in the maintenance of eligibility records for student-athletes.  

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 - 5 years of related experience
• Ability to plan and organize work; organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skils
• Ability to read, interpret, instruct, and effectively communicate complex rules and regulations. Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Personal computer skills including related database, word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to analyze, interpret, communicate, and adhere to University, Big Ten Conference, and NCAA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
