Freelance Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

The Marketing Operations team is responsible for managing and tracking all promo deliverables and distributing the final approved assets to internal and external partners. Marketing Operations ensures network standards are met and all projects are completed on time and delivered according to approved marketing plans.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organizational skills, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints.
• Available after hours and weekends if necessary during heavy workload periods .
