Lacrosse Coach

Job Summary

Manages day-to-day operations including coaching, scheduling, conditioning, budget planning, fundraising, equipment care, and team travel. They also monitor student-athletes development and collaborate with campus departments. Additional administrative duties may be assigned based on the individual's skills.

Job Duties:

Adhere to, and enforce, all policies and procedures of college and athletics as well as rules and regulations of the NCAA and SCIAC.

Follow the department's spending plan and be fiscally responsible.

Attend and participate in departmental staff meetings, divisional meetings and college functions deemed essential. 

Actively support a diverse and inclusive environment. 

Contribute to the ongoing culture of college and its mission.
