Job Summary



Planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training, and performance of student-athletes connected to the Women's Swimming program. Oversee fiscal program management for University's NCAA Division I intercollegiate Women's Swimming team. 



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

At least three (3) years of full-time coaching experience; coaching within an NCAA environment is preferred, in collegiate swimming required.

Ability to recruit students at the NCAA level.

Knowledge and proven competencies in swimming regulations and coaching.

Proven ability to assist in athletic fund-raising events, corporate sponsorships, and scholarships.
