Job Summary
The Service Desk Specialist plays a critical role as the first point of contact for technical issues in a Windows and Mac environment. They provide timely support over the phone, email, and in person, troubleshoot computer systems and mobile devices, and maintain AV equipment. The role also involves managing hardware/software inventory, assisting with technology projects, and delivering training to end-users.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years of experience in a Help Desk / Service Desk role.
Strong knowledge and experience working with Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS, iPadOS), Apple hardware, and Apple software applications.
Knowledge of the sport of soccer is a plus.
Multi-lingual a plus.
