Job Summary

The Coordinator, Accounting is responsible for processing payables and receivables for multiple subsidiaries.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Process Wire Transfers through bank online platform


• Track returned wires/checks/ACH Payments via Asana


• Process employee expense reports via Concur and manually when needed

• Process billing requests and generate invoices for multiple subsidiaries


• Review/Book deposits In GP (ERP)


• Review outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payment by clients


• Send monthly statements and track Accounts Receivable adjustments

• Manage collections agency accounts and relationship


• Manage Direct Biller- Payment Platform


• Manage Player Revenue Billing


• Assist with month-end close process


• Assist with annual audits


• Ad hoc projects as needed


• Additional responsibilities as assigned
