Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

In this position, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic consultation and coaching to business leaders to create and implement HR strategies that will foster organizational and people effectiveness as well as an inclusive culture, with a focus on supporting our Centralized Production Studio, On-Air Talent, and internal Apple Partnership teams.

The HRBP will partner with leaders, League office staff and on-air talent in areas such as employee experience, HR operations, employee relations, culture, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, compensation and talent development.
