Job Summary

The role involves maintaining safety and well-being at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center by preventing and responding to emergencies for various patrons, including students, faculty, staff, and community members. The position requires adherence to NCAA, Ivy League, and ECAC rules and regulations, with a commitment to ethical conduct and reporting any violations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED.

Current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR for the Professional Rescuer, or equivalent.

Ability to make quick decisions and take decisive action.

Ability to act swiftly in emergency situations using aquatic rescue equipment.

Leadership and public relations skills.
