Head Women's Lacrosse Coach/Assistant Building Manager

Job Summary

The Head Coach/Asst Building Manager oversees the women's lacrosse program and manages campus student intramurals and faculty/staff recreation. They recruit student-athletes, supervise assistant coaches, and coordinate fitness center staff. Additionally, they administer and schedule intramural sports events, expand the program, and maintain records.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years coaching and playing experience.
• Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred
• Ability to work evening, weekends, and holidays as playing and practice season schedule dictates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
