Assistant Women's Basketball Coach - PT Contractor

Job Summary

The position involves instructing student-athletes in basketball rules and fundamentals. The Assistant Coach supports the Head Women's Basketball Coach in teaching skills, offensive and defensive strategies, and creating individual plans while adhering to NCAA bylaws. They also assist with student-athlete welfare, team logistics, and recruiting efforts. Adherence to university and NCAA regulations is essential, and promoting diversity and equal opportunity is expected.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of coaching and/or playing experience

Ability to work evening, weekends, and holidays as playing and practice season schedule dictates.

Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese are strongly encouraged to apply.
