Scheduling/Athletic Operations/Head Coach - Staff Assistant

Job Summary

Coordinating all aspects of intercollegiate scheduling and travel. The staff assistant will also assist with athletics operations and fundraising activities to help increase revenue and solicit opportunities for sponsorships, marketing partners, and community partnerships. The position may also serve as a head coach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or similar field
• 3 years of more direct experience in event scheduling or travel preparation, and coaching in a collegiate setting or similar level of athletics
• Experience with and knowledge of accounting procedures and budget preparation
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Experience in fundraising and/or sponsorship solicitation
• Experience organizing and implementing a master calendar of events
