Job Summary
The role collaborates with Club Performance and League Office leaders, conducts research, develops action plans, identifies best practices, coordinates club visits, manages information resources, organizes league meetings, and fosters collaborations. It also involves leading awards selection, planning onboarding, and establishing industry relationships for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred.
5+ years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, with diverse experiences or working closely with professional teams/clubs.
Experience in consultative and marketing positions.
Strong executive presence with experience working directly with C-Level Executives.
Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
