Assistant Coach, Women's Water Polo

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach, under the Head Coach's direction, supports the University's NCAA Division I program. This entails coaching, mentoring, and developing student-athletes within NCAA compliance. Key responsibilities include recruiting, maintaining records, fostering athlete growth, adhering to university policies, and serving as a positive representative.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 3 years of coaching or playing experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to NCAA and member conference rules and regulations.

Coaching and/or playing experience at a collegiate or professional level.

Demonstrated self-direction and motivation with the ability to work independently and work under pressure.

Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification must be maintained.
