Assistant Softball Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Softball Coach will support the head coach in various aspects of the softball program. This includes coaching, recruiting, facilitating training and practice, maintaining team statistics, scouting and analyzing opponent teams, and representing the program and university professionally. The role also involves attending fundraising and departmental/sport functions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree required, Masters degree preferred?in related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics.
• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) required.
• Coaching and/or recruiting experience in men’s soccer at the collegiate level is required.
