Assistant Water Polo Coach II

Job Summary

This role involves coaching during athletic events, developing practice and game plans, recruiting qualified student-athletes, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, monitoring academic progress, and serving as a game manager and on-site host during championship events. Qualifications:

Accomplished Division III coaching background in water polo, preferably with a working knowledge of NCAA rules compliance.

A proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing student-athletes.

Collegiate coaching experience within water polo preferably at the SCIAC or Division III level.

Commitment to the values, standards, and expectations of NCAA Division III athletics and a liberal arts university.

Possess or ability to obtain a Class C drivers license, insurance coverage (if driving own vehicle), or be insurable.
