Job Summary
The Assistant Track and Field Coach will support the Head Coach in coaching, administration, and recruitment for track and field programs. The focus is on men's and women's throwers and multi-events. This position operates within the Athletics Department, collaborating with various sports and services under the supervision of the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to the student-athlete concept.
Ability to effectively demonstrate technique and skills to the student-athlete.
Working knowledge of applicable collegiate rules and regulations.
Recruiting skills preferred.
Ability to recruit and coach student-athletes.
