Job Summary
They will assist the Sports Medicine team in injury prevention, management, and care for competitive athletes. Duties include aiding with physical exams, maintaining athletic records, setting up and breaking down equipment for practices and competitions, and effective communication with the Sports Medicine staff regarding injured student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- Formal High School diploma/certificate/degree program of 6-18 months after high school.
- EMT, ATC (or BOC eligible); CPR/AED for professional rescuers.
- Knowledge of comprehensive health care.
- Effective communication skills.
- No previous sports medicine experience is required.
